Experience shows that when an employee does not deliver the results you expect, it is usually the result of your shiny new employee not adequately understanding what they should do.
They don't know how you will judge their performance. The Position Description covers both these fundamental issues.

To have a new Position Description created for an employee, complete this Position Description blank, then transmit using the 'Send It' button at the end. My Red Zebra will produce a full, formal position description, and return it to you to give to your employee, and to use for future performance appraisals.
Put something in every field. If there's an item you don't need, insert 'X' in the relevant field.
Once received, you should keep a copy of the new position description with your employee records. Each position description is usually provided with a 'key number' for tracking purposes.
You can use an existing key number if you have one, or you can assign your own key number by inserting it here (use a format and numbering system that suits you) or, if you choose to work without a key number, leave the word "blank" as it is. We will assign a key number for you.
